- Select proper eyeglasses with updated power & with UV protected lenses.
- Eat healthy food (Sufficient Vitamins & minerals).
- Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water to hydrate your body & eye.
- Quit smoking.
Rest your eyes periodically while reading, working on computer or watching TV, mobile etc.
Monitor any changes in vision & symptoms.
Regular eye examination at least once a year.
